To enter Canada, most people need a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to travel to Canada – not both. Some people may only need their valid passport, typically US citizens.

Please follow this protocol:

1. Learn what travels documents are required:

Obtaining a Visa to enter Canada is the responsibility of the participants. We can assist by issuing an invitation letter, however, we cannot be an authority on Visa issues, nor can we help with expediting the Visa process. Invitation letters will be issued for registered participants who fully paid the conference registration fees. You/your accompanying persons must be registered participant/s to be considered for an invitation letter. To avoid any delays, we encourage all those who need a visa to enter Canada, to register as early as possible and apply for the visa.
