Depending on your nationality you may need a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to travel to Canada – not both. US citizens only require their valid passport.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there may be restrictions based on vaccination status for all travellers entering Canada. Please consult the following link. You must also have the ArriveCAN app active on your cellphone ahead of travel. This will minimize delays related to Covid-19 vaccination status and testing. Click here for complete information.

Obtaining a Visa to enter Canada is the responsibility of the participants. Invitation letters will be issued for registered participants who fully paid the conference registration fees. You/your accompanying persons must be registered participant/s to be considered for an invitation letter. To avoid any delays, we encourage all those who need a visa to enter Canada, to register as early as possible and apply for the visa.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a letter in support of your visa application. Be sure to provide 1. The address of your workplace/institution; 2. Your date of birth; 3. Your residential address and phone number; 4. Your mobile phone number; 5. Your travels plans including length of stay in Canada in the email request.
